Ambassador Mose, HE Ms. Tudong, Ambassador of Palau in Brussels, and Fiji Ambassador to the UN in New York and UN Secretary-General Special Envoy for Oceans, HE Mr. Peter Thomson, attending a High Level Conference on Climate Change and Oceans which was organised and convened by the Government of Belgium on 19th February 2019 in Brussels. The conference was opened by the Prime Minister of Belgium, Mr. Charles Michel. The conference called for urgent action on climate change and preservation of oceans and further adopted a Declaration on Climate Change and Oceans (see annexed).
